Headshot photography can be challenging but with the right equipment it is something you can achieve. I recommend using 2 lights and also lighting the background if you taking the photo indoors, if you are taking the photo outdoors then this may not be needed. The key to any great headshot is lighting. Make sure the face is light evenly and that everything is in focus. This is how to take a great headshot, At this point you need to focus on framing the subject.
